Privacy policy

The desk stores the name, email, and a password hash, or the Google sign-in identity when that is used. It also stores whether the account is a customer or the master admin, and whether the account is paused.

A referral code is stored when someone joins from a referral link. The referrer is credited only on a qualifying approved deposit, and a customer cannot refer their own account.

An order stores the service, the link, the quantity, the charge, and any comments or extra details the form asked for. Those details are sent to the active service provider so the order can be delivered.

Add funds stores the method, the amount, the transaction reference the customer submits, and the credit status. Razorpay payments are processed by Razorpay. The secret keys never go to the browser.

The sign-in cookie keeps the session. The language cookie remembers English or Hindi. A referral cookie remembers a referral code after a referral link is opened.

The admin uses the same records to check orders, deposits, and support tickets. Support messages are visible to the customer who opened the ticket and to the admin desk.
